Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pinnacle Web Creations services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Pinnacle Web Creations provides the following services:

Custom website design and development
Logo and branding design
Content strategy and copywriting
Website maintenance and support

Project Process

Our standard project process includes:

Initial consultation and discovery phase
Design mockups and revisions
Development and testing
Final approval and launch

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Standard terms include a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.

Revisions Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. We work collaboratively to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will receive full ownership of the completed website design. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Pinnacle Web Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
